What we deliver
TSB provides digital marketing services. We do not ship physical products.
How we deliver
- Strategy documents, reports, creatives, copy, videos and other files are delivered by email, Google Drive, WhatsApp or a shared folder.
- Campaigns, posts and website work are delivered inside your own accounts (ad accounts, social pages, website).
- Calls and reviews happen on Google Meet, Zoom, phone or in person in Pune.
- Content shoots take place at the location agreed in the proposal.
When we deliver
Timelines are set out in your proposal. Onboarding usually starts within 3 to 5 working days of payment and receiving the access we need. Delays in approvals or access move timelines by the same amount.
Confirmation
You get an email or WhatsApp confirmation when a payment is received and when key deliverables are shared.
