Data Deletion Instructions

You can ask us to delete the personal data we hold about you at any time.

If you shared details through our website, tools, WhatsApp or email

Email marketing@thesociobutterfly.com with the subject "Delete my data", from the email or phone number you used with us. We will confirm receipt within 7 working days and delete your data within 30 days, except records we must keep by law (for example tax invoices). We will confirm by email once it is done.

If you connected a Facebook Page, Instagram account or LinkedIn Page to our app

1. Remove the app's access:
   • Facebook: Settings and privacy > Settings > Business integrations (or Apps and websites) > select our app > Remove.
   • LinkedIn: Settings > Data privacy > Permitted services > select our app > Remove.
2. Email marketing@thesociobutterfly.com with the subject "Delete my app data" and the name of the page or account.

We will delete the access tokens and any page data we stored within 30 days, and confirm by email.
