Refund and Cancellation Policy

Monthly retainers

Monthly retainer fees are not refundable once the month has started. To stop a retainer, tell us in writing before the next month begins, or give the notice period stated in your proposal.

Setup and one-time fees

Setup fees and one-time project fees are refundable in full if you cancel in writing within 7 days of payment and work has not started. Once work has started, they are not refundable.

Ad spend

Ad spend paid to Meta, Google, LinkedIn or other platforms is governed by those platforms. Spend already used is not refundable by TSB. Unused prepaid balances held by us on your behalf are returned when the engagement ends.

Content shoots

A shoot cancelled or rescheduled by you less than 48 hours before the scheduled time may be charged for crew and equipment costs already incurred.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are paid to the original payment method or bank account within 7 to 10 working days of approval. For online payments through Razorpay, the time for the money to reach your account depends on your bank.
